Whilst Caroline relayed what they’d discovered to Sara and Aidan in the incident room, the site owner Owen Samuels confirmed the body as that of Guy Sherman, his architect. They’d need his family to identify the body officially, but Owen’s identification meant they could at least inform the family with a strong level of certainty.
Caroline remembered a story she’d been told during her training, in which a dead body had been positively identified by a close friend.
