I gently laid her on the bed and put a blanket over the top.
Laying like this means the corset shouldn't dig into her and I doubted she would be asleep for long. She is near the end and she most likely would have been awake for longer if it wasn't for the conflict and her fae having to use her energy to calm Eva.
I could now feel her emotions slightly, and I felt, not just heard, the increase in her heart rate. Her anxiety and fears tried to take over but her fae quickly swept them away knowing they were safe.
