I woke up and actually felt more awake today. I stretched and sat up.
I had a slight amount of dizziness which had Killian in front of me in seconds. Before he could lift me up, I put my hand out to stop him. “No. I’ve got this.”
He smiled that brilliant panty-wetting smile and stood back a little, still taking my hand as I got up.
I slowly got up, and my legs still felt a little weak but much better. I smiled up at him and walked to the bathroom but this time I stopped at the door and turned to him.
“Nope. You wait out here.” I waved my finger at him, making him laugh.
He kissed my hand before letting it go. “Alright, but I’m right here if you need me.”
