The guards were in olive green uniforms, both pants and jackets with swords and knives strapped to their backs and belts. There were also pouches strapped to their belts that I would ask about later.
They quickly opened the doors for us, so we didn’t have to even stop as we walked into a massive office.
There were 2 large wooden desks to the right, a table with maps on it near the large windows. Couches in the middle, then a massive conference table to the left.
The room screamed office with its dark wood paneling to about head height before it turned into the cream walls above. There were no paintings here, only maps on the walls or framed medals or weapons.
God, you could just bunker down in here and do everything to run the kingdom… which makes complete sense, of course.
