In early 70’s, a manmade virus escaped from the laboratory and affected all living humans. The studies show that, once we catch this virus, it reforms the human body and emits unique scent they call as pheromones. As research continues, they found out that the pheromones work depends on its host. These differences divided the human in classes— the Alphas, Betas, and Omegas. The Alphas, they stand above the betas and omegas. They carry stronger pheromones that make them superior in appearances and intelligence. They also carry the traits of a rare, charismatic leader.  Known as the elite type, they take up majority of the upper echelons of businesses and organizations. The Betas, comprises of over 70% of the human population. They carry pheromones that have no effect to other and they can’t sense the pheromones of Alphas and Omegas; some call them the old generation of humans. Features such as physical and behavioral traits are generally normal. The Omegas, a rare carrier where pregnancies are possible regardless of the gender. However, because omegas experiences heat that no one can restrain themselves from, they are seen as inferior. Therefore, they are largely not given high positions. Alphas, in particular, are sensitive to an Omega’s pheromones and thus, react heavily to this. The researchers also added that bonding is only applicable for Alphas and Omegas. This bond means that paired Alpha and Omega cannot have any relationships; it is stronger connection than that of a family, married couples, and lovers. The bond happens when the Omega and Alpha bit each other and sip a small amount of their blood.
