During the following week, while Daniel was buried in the details of his upcoming wedding, Tony was looking for work. He hadn’t realized how large Ishfalone was until he started walking the streets in search of a shop, inn, or restaurant whose owners might be interested in the skills he had to offer them.
By the fifth day he was beginning to wonder if he could find a job in the city, and said as much to Cerdic.
“Perhaps I should try somewhere else,” he said in frustration. “After all, getting there and back would be easy enough since I can teleport.”
