Chapter 9Cerdic smiled when he awoke to find Tony spooned against his back with an arm thrown over him. “Just as it should be,” he whispered before easing away, hurrying to the bathing chamber to relieve himself and brush his teeth. He returned to find Tony watching him.
“You’re awake, finally,” Tony said.
“I suppose you are going to tell me you have been awake for hours.”
“If I said yes would you believe me?” Tony grinned. “Actually, it’s only been a few minutes. Very long minutes as I thought about what it’s going to be like making love with you.”
