"What do you want? Make it quick, my fiancé is waiting." I said to my brother.
Greg scoffed as he shook his head.
"I'm sure Violet can handle herself for a few minutes," he replied.
I just held his gaze impatiently.
"God, you are so whipped for her." Greg mumbled.
"Is that all you have to say?" I asked.
"No," Greg said, shaking his head. "Look, I don't like how things are between us right now. We've always been close. I don't want us to be barely talking. Especially during your wedding. Even if it is a sham."
"It's not a sham," I stated.
"Look, I didn't mean it in a bad way. I'm just saying that you and Violet are only doing this... for whatever reason-"
"Because we're in love," I interrupte
