I knew Vi would like this, but I wasn't expecting her to be so quiet.
"This is what I wanted to do to take your virginity, but someone was too important for that." I teased her.
The look that Violet gave me... I can't figure it out. There are tears brimming her eyes, but she doesn't look sad. Honestly... I have no idea what that look is. There's definitely shock and awe, but there's something else too.
"What?" I asked with a laugh. "This isn't much more than what I did for your birthday."
Violet only stared at me. It made me squirm slightly. She usually isn't this hard to read.
