I plopped down on the couch as I blew out a long breath. I just put Niall down in his bed. After listening to him babble on and on about how he might have a dad one day.
I leaned my head back, and closed my eyes. I can't stop thinking about everything that little boy said. This is already so hard as it is. Now, I feel even more torn.
How am I supposed to keep Niall safe if he goes to school? How can I not let him go to school? When am I supposed to tell him the truth about his father? What do I even say?
