I spent all day waiting for Setson. I thought he would be back by now. He said today was his last day of business. I was hoping to have dinner together, and maybe get in the hot tub together.
"Stop pouting will ya?" June teased me.
"I'm sorry. I just..." I trailed off.
"I get it. You miss him." She said.
"No," I replied. "Well, I do, but it's nothing to pout about. Setson is the CEO of an extremely large company. I know there are going to be more nights like this."
"Then why are you sulking?" June asked, confused.
"Because I'm irritated about it!" I exclaimed.
June snorted.
"I'm serious," I said. "That jerk could at least come back here for a meal. Or call me. Or text me back."
