The nightmare came out of nowhere. One minute everything was dark, and then the next she heard screams all around her. The smell of blood filled her nostrils, suffocating her as if whoever was bleeding was lying right there next to her. She fought the darkness trying to get away from it. But it gripped her tight, pulling her deeper into her nightmare. Everything felt familiar, as if she'd been there before.
Mae started to cry next to her.
“Shhhhh, please don’t cry,” Mystic begged her as tears streamed down her face.
Suddenly there was light as the doors of the closet were open. Mae screamed as the large bloody vampire came into view. His fangs dripped with blood. She passed out in her arms as the vampire reached for them. He paused and dropped his hand.
