I woke up, feeling exhausted but ready to go back home. Home with Zack. He was sleeping in an awkward position beside me. I moved up, capturing his lips, so I could wake him slowly. As he came awake, his arms came around me, pulling me into his lap. I chuckled, “I could get used to waking up like this every morning,” Zack said. “Me too,” I responded as he pulled back.
“How is it you are looking so beautiful, after everything you have been through?” Zack asked. “You are a charmer, Alpha, but I am ready to go home, take a shower, and have some good food,” I said to him. He smiled, “You were adamant about going home as soon as possible,” he said with a smirk.
