You

149 Words
Where o' where Does the time go? Like a river I'd say it flows. Some have come Some have gone That is why For you I long. The time we've spent together To my heart, I hold near The thought of you leaving Brings me only fear. You've done so much To help me out Your name so sweet I'd surely shout. There is no one else Like you I've found That's why this poem Has such a nice sound. I'd do anything To make you feel good Even if it means Moving from where I've stood. How I adore you I hope you know I shall find a way To make it show. I wrote this sweet poem when I was pregnant with my first child.  It was a rough pregnancy, and I had the worst morning sickness.  My husband took such good care of me, going out on late night runs to Wendy's to get me chili, or holding my hair when I couldn't stop getting sick.  That's what inspired me to write this one.
