I didn't mean to scare him. And he just ran away as if he's running in a track and field, not thinking if he will bump to those trees and maybe hit his head.

And the way he screamed was kinda girly and then I saw him fell on the ground, stumbling over something. I shifted back on my human form and ran towards him.

He fell unconscious and at the same time when he tripped on a root.

"Chad." I called and rolled him on his back as I placed him on my lap.

I carried him out of that forest and to where I parked my car. I should have known that Chad would react that way.

What are you thinking!

"Asshole." I cursed myself.

Why do I expect? To accept me and say that it's cool after seeing me shifted into a wolf!? Fvck!

I drove him home and of course, I knew where he lives. I became a stalker. His stalker and I went there every night, watching him through his window.

I have to carry him on my shoulder as I unlocked the front door. Lucky that he had a spare key of his house inside his pocket.

I tried to be as silent as possible as I climb the stairs up to his room and laid him down on his bed. I removed his shoes and placed it below the bed and then put the covers up to his neck.

I've never seemed him that close. His long curve eyes lashes, his freckles looked so sexy, and my eyes landed on his full lips. It looked like it was inviting me to kiss him.

I leaned closer but I paused when our lips were centimeters apart.

I stood immediately and glanced at Chad for the last time before I leave.

I really felt an i***t for doing that to him. I drove home with my head in a daze. I shouldn't have done it!

He will definitely hate and avoid me even more. I'm doomed.

All I wanted was for him to not think of me as a psycho. I want him to understand that we're mates.

I hurried up to my room only to changed my clothes and went down the stairs. Bryan was in the living room, watching television and he frowned as he looked at me.

"Where are you going?" He said.

"Out." I said and went out of the front door. I don't know where to but I don't want to stay inside my room. I'd rather go somewhere. Somewhere far.

I wanted to kill myself.

But I ended up going back to Chad's house. I always hid on the tree and look at his window every night. I know Chad noticed me every night and he was afraid that he still kept on glancing down, checking me every night. And that made me happy.

I was planning on camping there outside when I suddenly heard a howl. Someone's starting a howl. Then I felt my phone vibrated from my pocket. It was Bryan and he wanted me to go home as soon as possible.

I drive as fast as I can on the way home and they were all waiting for me inside their cars. I lined up my car on dad's.

"What the hell happened?" I said as I rolled the window of the car.

"The alpha's summoning us there. Where the hell were you?" Dad said. "Explain later." He said and I nodded.

All I know was that powerful werewolves created an organization that protects werewolves called Cpunsil but I didn't heard any of them or if they still exists today. I heard they already lost their purpose years ago and now Jack and Zach were abducted by those shits and our pack were planning on going after the council. I've heard that the only way in inside the council's territory was via teleportation or portal. Since we can't fvcking do teleportation, we're going in by a portal.

The elders were trying to cook for the things needed to open a fvcking portal. Didn't know it's possible! I thought it was only available in movies. Guess I was wrong.

Those council freaks! How dare they!

Snatching my friend like that is a suicide. They're asking for their own death. Well, I heard they're not just ordinary werewolves. That they possessed the same thing of what Zach and Jack have and they're after their abilities. Those greed ball sacks!

We were all gathered outside the pack house and we're all willing to fight not because Zach and Jack are our alpha's son, but because they're our fellow pack members. Alpha blood or not. They're family and we will help each other, because who else will?

The portal was ready for opening and we were all in our feral forms, except for the women and children. They're inside the pack house of course, in a safe area built especially during a war. We were just cautious.

When a watery mirror thing appeared in front of us.

"Who opened the portal?" An elder said just when I saw men in black cloaks went outside that portal making us all surprised and alert. They said they never show their faces but those men weren't wearing their hoods up.

"We're on your side." One of the councilmen said just when Zach and Jack stepped out of the portal also. We shifted back to our human forms. They looked fine and they ran into each other's mates making me c***k a bitter smile.

I guess we're having a quiet evening then.

"The portal's opening again!" Someone shouted making me glance at the new portal.

And another wave of the cloak in black men went out of it and this time, they're wearing their hoods like how they're supposed to be worn and it looked so creepy because it's all black, you can't see a single outline of their face and they're making a way for some big s**t.

"Oh, it's been a while since I stepped out of the sun." Their big boss looked like said.

Stepped out of the sun, my butt. I could step him on his face!

"You think you can walk away just like that?" He said. "I made you escape so I can meet the parents."

Meet alpha Kurt and Colin?

"And whose kid is that?" He asked, pointing a man the same age as Zach who went out from the portal with them and he looks. . . bored as if it was all a joke. What's wrong with him?

And alpha Kurt and Colin seem to know the kid.

"My father's brother." Kurt said and what!?

That kid is alpha Kurt's brother's son, which I guess was that one named Grant. So that means alpha Kurt and that kid was cousins and that made him Zach's uncle or something. To have an uncle who's the same age as you is . . . awesome!

"No wonder." Their big boss said. I glanced at his followers and they're not that many compared to us, but they say they all have those abilities so does that mean that we're still in a disadvantage?

Alpha Kurt and big boss exchanged words and big boss dared to say that he owns Zach and Jack and that uncle. And also calling the dangerous to be released on their own and he's trying to say that they should be there on his shitty castle.

Its bullshit, I know!

"We will never let you take them away from us again." Alpha Colin said.

"Then we have no choice but to kill you." He said making me creased my eyebrows.

He will what!?

"Wipe your pack. Do you want that?" He continued and I just wanted to jump at him and kick him right at his balls!

We will do our best and defend our pack, our family. No one could destroy it.

"We will fight!" Alpha Kurt said and we all screamed in agreement.

"But I have a rule." Alpha Kurt said. "Let's fight fair and square."

"And if I say no?" 

"Then you're afraid that we can beat you without your abilities. That you're nothing without it." Alpha Kurt said making me smile. He sounds someone I knew very much.

Yes! You're thinking right. Zach.

"You think I'll buy that s**t?" 

"Yes." Dad said and big boss in cloak laughed.

"Of course we will! We're not that cruel because if we don't then you will be defeated already before it started." He's really inside my nerves now.

I glanced at Zach and he seems alright and they were kissing, of course with his mate and it made me wish that Chad was there also to give me a kiss.

I sighed and shifted into my wolf-like everyone does and went to the forest. I don't know, but all I can think of was Chad here and there and guess I didn't notice that someone already jumped at me. I'm actually confused if I'm gonna fight him or not. Because what's the point?

"What are you doing? Getting yourself killed?" Zach was talking inside my mind as he gave me a hand with that councilman.

"Yes! So fvck off!" I barked and stood. That one gave me a lot of wounds and scratches but it couldn't compare to what I was feeling that time because I acted as an asshole! An asshole!

Zach went ahead and I bumped into Bryan. I was glad that he was okay. We exchanged nods before we went on our separate ways.

I ran when I saw Zach was having trouble with one of the enemy and somehow he cut one of his legs. Zach was heavily wounded and when the enemy rolled on the ground with a cry, I helped pinned him down and someone sliced his throat.

Zach stood on fours just when we heard a howl. It was coming not so far from where we were and Zach sprinted. I was about to go after him when someone knocked me out on my head.
