Darcy's face had a smile stuck to it when he showed up for breakfast. Freya had just walked out of the kitchen and got a fright at the sight of that smile. Alpha Darcy wasn't cold in nature, but it was a fact that he liked to show himself as cold as an ice block in front of others. It had something to do with building an image and between those lines. Freya only ever saw him smiling like that with her son Daniel. Even Daniel couldn't make his brother smile bashfully.
