ELLA'S POV I took slow steps backwards, till my back hit the wall. A gasp escaped my lips, my cheeks flamed with a mixture of anger and another emotion that was strange to me. Her wolf made to lunge at me but narrowly missed by the cat's whiskers, pushing the porcelain vase Liya had gotten on one of her vacations. I placed my hands over my mouth to stop myself from screaming down the roof of the suite, my haunted eyes hovering over the broken pieces of ceramics. My eyes narrowed, flickering with anger as it swept back to her. I zoned out, and tried to transform into my wolf but Cathy's wolf closed in on me, scratching me with her claws.
