“Don’t make me say it again, Courtney,” Aziel said, his eyes piercing straight at her.
Like her senses just came back to her, she quickly dropped her hand and backed away from me. She made sure that there was a lot of distance in between us. She looked so scared while staring back at Aziel with her eyes wide open. Her hands were tightly intertwined together, terrified that she might do something she wasn’t supposed to.
I walked closer to Aziel, but his whole attention was still fixed on Courtney. Although I wanted to keep staring at his golden eyes, I knew the trouble which came along with that.
