Aisha stood there for a while. Was she wrong in wanting time to adjust? Should she give him a chance? Now? Her heart said yes, while her brain said no. Her brain still needed time to take in all the new things happening all at once. All the new information, new people and not to mention all the new things she is going to learn from Wilma.
Slowly, she made her way out of the room and made her way towards the kitchen. She should eat something. Adam would look for her sooner or later to go to the dungeon. Jess was trying to feed Luke when she entered the kitchen.
“what are you eating?” Aisha asked.
“Chicken and rice. It’s delicious.” Luke said.
“There is some for you in the microwave. I just reheated it for you.” Jess said.
