Chapter 5

Estina's POV

His growl sends shocks through my entire body. I shiver, my fear is that I might not perform well. Since no guy has ever approached me before to ask for a relationship or as a mate, I haven't had s*x before. The only experience I have which I shouldn't actually call an experience is watching porn. I thought I could carry those things I watched out with Lucian, I wanted to give him my virginity, I wanted to get pregnant for him after marriage with him but unfortunately, he rejected me, it did not only stop at this, he embarrassed me before the whole class.

I nearly screamed out in shock when he said his wife isn't pregnant but is infested with fibroid, so many of us were expecting Gunner's heir as he falsely announced. "How is this gonna happen, your wife is a few months pregnant, let's say six or seven months is left for her to get delivered of her worldwide believed baby. If I take in now, wouldn't it be until nine months later before I give birth?" This is just absolutely confusing, because to me in my mind, he wants to make it seem as if his wife got delivered of the baby I'll produce, my wolf tells me this, it's talented with insight, and has never received me before. "Except in the case of premature delivery on my part which I don't hope for, the total number of months your wife would be assumed pregnant is gonna be three plus nine which is twelve months, a year. No normal pregnancy has assumed such a time span before."

"I don't just care what people would say afterwards, perhaps before then a miracle would happen. I don't want to lose this privilege of being in the Alpha position, you know how an heir is important to a pack's Alpha. The new shifter law states that all Alphas must have a heir or heiress which would take over after them, ten months is given to any Alpha without a successor to vacate the seat, he will retain it if he is able to produce an unborn child whose DNA would be tested or has a borned child before the time elapses."

"Well, I will take in for you but how much are you gonna pay me?" Panic seizes my entire being after saying this. No one has dared looked Gunner in the eyes and made such request. He was so feared that people worked for him, without requesting for any sort of pay. He must be seeing me right now as a weird and strange but I can't carry his child for nine months without any sort of pay.

He quietly and with much stern expression looks at me, fear is almost getting my spirit wolf out of my body, I try hard to succumb the fear rising inside of me. Then he nods his head thoughtfully and says, "I'll pay, I'll pay you a million dollars. Now I don't want to hear any objection from you. Just do what I said!" He barks making me shriek in terror. The anger in his eyes rises and dies within a flash.

"Okay, yes." I say over panic and excitement, both attached together at the same time. One million dollars? I can't believe he's actually making this promise to me. I haven't been gifted such amount of money ever in my life and never hoped to have it one day.

Upon agreeing to bear his child, he proceeds with his sucks, I squirm as he drains all my sense of modesty out of me. It's time for him to drill into me with his huge c**k, my wolf cries at the pain I'll experience being that this is my first time. I can't help, but pity myself.

I'm surprised at the moment why Gunner, of all people is so shocked that I'm mates with his cousin. He wants to say something else when Lucian pulls out his phone from his pocket, fires on the screen and goes over to tap on it.

The Supreme Pack Council is the most feared law agency in the werewolf world. They can administer judgment to anyone and send even an erring Alpha or Luna to years imprisonment. No one or authority argues against their decision because they are final authority, very strict and do not recognize what mercy is, their keyword is justice.

Sleeping with someone who is not your mate or legally married to you for whatever cause is a great crime in the pack which comes with great punishment. Surrogacy cases need to be backed up by a legal agreement involving a lawyer, if it was in this case Lucian caught us, I wouldn't fear.

I drop to the bed, my head begins to turn. I can't believe I'm going to face this trauma, death itself is better than life at this moment. Before we get to say anything, he has already slammed the door against us, storming out.

I lie on the bed with Gunner, looking at each other motionless.
