When I was leaving the cell, I noticed something weird, the whole guards were lying unconscious on the floor. At first, I was scared that they were dead, but there was no bruise or blood stain around as a sign of being shot, stabbed or poisoned ... ..not until I checked their pulse to notice that they were still alive.
But how come the whole of them are like this? Were they drugged or did they inhale poisonous gas? I sniffed around but perceived nothing.
“If they were knocked out, then it must be done by a strong person,” I concluded. “Why will the person do it? To harm Maliya without being noticed or otherwise?” I stood still for a while and thought of checking around the cells.
