Chapter 6Monday afternoon Jim’s phone was ringing off the hook when Jim arrived back at the house with his groceries in tow. There weren’t many supermarkets down this empty stretch of 29 and he either had to cross the Delaware River into Pennsylvania or go back to Trenton and its suburbs to stock his larder. There were certain specialty items that he kept on hand that could only be found in either Whole Foods or at Wegmans.
