Chapter Eight

A light rap on the front door woke her up and the light streamed through every gap in the curtains it could find. Still, in the clothes from the night before, she waved her wand after she took up and refreshed her outfit. Getting closer to the front door she could see had a note attached, “Gone out, I magicked you to your own bed from the couch. see you later. Mother”. Rose looked through the little window in the door behind where the note was pinned and could see a wild black-haired man outside. Rose opened the door wearily and Phineas was stood in front of her grinning from ear to ear. His attitude was a far cry from yesterday. “Hello, neighbour. You look great!” Phineas told her as he entered the room, he was carrying a brown bottle of alcohol, “It is some absinthe! I thought you and I could go to my place next door and get to know each other”. “That sounds good. I feared we got off on the wrong foot yesterday, especially me with that Mara” Rose said, she was flattered, she wasn’t expecting him to try and make amends with her. Plus, she’d never tried absinthe before and the idea of getting to know Phineas was tempting – he had movie star looks, rugged and handsome. He was so lively compared to his how he was yesterday, he was like a different man. She watched him chitter to her about how nice a day it was and how sunshine was his favourite kind of weather. The more she observed his behaviour, the more she began to question if it was natural or not. Did they have drugs in this world? She thought. “Are you on something?” Rose asked him bluntly when he was once again talking randomly about the weather. “Yeah, it is basil leaf. Nature’s own painkiller, but it’s great when I need a little pick me up!” Phineas replied cheerfully. Rose wondered whether basil was legal or not because he was the opposite of his previous moody self. Knowing she’d probably home late. She left a note on the table for Aine in case she wasn’t home by supper and left for Phineas’ house. It wasn’t far too walk, just across to the next tree. When Phineas opened the door to his tree, it was more stylish and modern looking inside than her mother’s house. A modern bachelor pad with its sleek lines and grey tones. The paintings on the wall were various black and white leaves in frames. Phineas and Rose stood in the kitchen area, he got down some glasses from the shelf and poured the absinthe into each glass. “Cheers!” he said, as they both raised a glass and c*****d them together. The pair were joking and sharing banter, knocking back shots then there was a moment where the two of them looked at each other deeply. The alcohol was strong and in a crazy moment, Phineas kissed Rose. Rose kissed him back and they stood in the kitchen kissing passionately, she ran her fingers through his silky soft curls. “Let’s go to the bedroom, I’ve got a trick I want to show you!” Phineas said cheekily, as he led her to his room. His room was separated from the living room with a dark, heavy grey curtain, a circular shaped bed was in the middle of the vast sized bedroom, covered in plush fabrics and circular cushions. Sitting next to each other on the bed, Phineas’ soft big lips covered Rose’s neck in kisses. He nibbled her ear lobe gently and fumbled around with the buttons of her dress. “Remember you said you were going to show me a party trick!” joked Rose to slow things down, pushing aside his tumbling dark curled hair from near her mouth so she could speak. Phineas laughed and said, “okay then, you’ll love it, took me years to perfect it”. He reclined on the bed, he removed his wand from his pocket and made the room pitch black. The curtains flew shut and it was eerily silent other than the sound of their breathing. “watch this!” he told her, breaking the silence. Unexpectedly his fully erect p***s started to flash neon colours. Rose chortled, it was a very odd party trick but the more she watched Phineas’ p***s look like it was a mood light and she couldn’t stop laughing. “Good job I know you’re laughing at the trick and not my c**k… well, at least I hope you are!” Phineas joked. The pair giggled together for a minute as his p***s flashed the colours of the rainbow, Rose was transfixed, it was funny but equally, it was mesmerising. He was funnier than most men that Rose had dated recently and he was the type of man she’d be open to the idea of starting a new relationship with. On this thought, she slipped off her knickers and got on the bed next to him, Rose pulled up her dress around her waist, she clutched his hand and placed it onto her stomach. They continued to kiss as she steered his hand down to her mound. She was unshaved and stubbly but didn’t care. Phineas’ fingers slid over her c******s and entered her v****a. Rose moaned softly as he carried on pleasuring her with his hand. Phineas then sat up and got in between her legs, placing his mouth on her s*x, flicking his tongue over her swollen c******s. Her legs started to tingle, and she climaxed on his face. Wiping his face, he flopped back on the bed next to her. Rose kept her eyes shut as she enjoyed the feeling of being spent. Phineas held her hand in the dark next to her. Rose’s eyelids suddenly went from being dark to a bright white, she opened her eyes and they stung as the room was flooded with light. Looking around the best she could, she saw Phineas jumped up with surprise. “GET OUT OF HERE NOW YOU f*****g HUSSY!” yelled a female voice in the doorway. Rose looked harder as her eyes adjusted to the light…bright crimson hair, pale brown skin with cool undertones. Rose’s eyes widened with realisation. It was Mara and she was fuming with rage.
