New Gear!

A wild wind gushed across Astral's face as she entered the room. Rapid winds came from many directions, that confused Astral on whereabouts of the enemy. The wind itself is signalling as it does not want anyone to enter the room. "It is too dark in here. I need to light up to know the source of the wind", struggled Astral, as she tried to pinpoint her legs to the ground. She points her staff above, where she guessed the ceiling was and cast, "Multiple Holy Bits!". Not so long, a sound of rocks rumbled above her caused her to evade the falling rock swiftly. More rocks fall down, collapsing the ceiling of the room to let the light enter the room. As the light starts to roam the room, it appears to be on the top of the pyramid. "Wow, since when I got lost on the top of this?". Amazed by the view from the top, a strong force of gust reminded Astral that she was still in the boss fight. She turned around only to find out that the boss she will fight, is Quetzalcóatl, the ancient God of Wind and Rain. The Quetzalcóatl, known as Plumed Serpent, is a mix of a bird and rattlesnakes, making it graceful entrance as it soars upon the sky. It circles at the sky, preparing to launch an attack.             Astral takes cover behind one of the crumbled stone, as Quetzalcóatl is again, using it one of its skills to attack her. "This is insane! There's no way my magic can connect to that enormous thing!", said Astral, anxiously. She never thought to encounter something that strong and big on her second day of the login. Before she can complain more, a massive black cloud with thunder around it starts to form in the sky. The Quetzalcóatl had finished its preparation and finally launched its attack as the magic circle appeared above the cloud. Continuous rain of icicle from the cloud fall and pierce to every crumbled stone on the top of the pyramid. "This is bad! Defense Wall!", chanted Astral quickly before the icicle hit her. Without she realized, her HP bar slowly declines though she had blocked the attack. "What? How can this be?", confused about what happened, Astral keeps on her fort. Sooner after, the firing stops. Astral ran to the nearest crumbled rock that was slightly bigger than she hiding now. "Heal". Astral heals herself up while the Quetzalcóatl is yet preparing for another sequence of attack. "Think Astral, think. How to trap big, enormous giant and defeat it?", uttered Astral. "Think...Wait, I always think inside the box. First, I need to shorten the distance between it and me. So how?". Astral is thinking hard enough until: "Should I use its own attack to stop it from flying? But how?".             After a moment, Astral got something."How about...instead of using Defense Wall for defensive, I actually used it for offensive?", considered Astral. She then continued, "With this, the only thing that the icicles will hit will be it wings!". Astral needs to act, fast! Quetzalcóatl almost finishes the preparation for the next wave. Astral waits for the right time, not wanting Quetzalcóatl to figure out her plan. Soon, the rain of icicles formed and ready to hit the floor. "Now! Multiple Defense Wall!". Astral chanted the spells in multiple to cover a large area, fit enough to surround the Quetzalcóatl. “Skss Hnggh!". Quetzalcóatl cried in pain. The icicles did much damage that it wings now would not be able to fly anymore. Astral runs the very edge of the top of the pyramid, watching Quetzalcóatl falls from the sky and crashed to the floor. The crash sends Astral back, as the impact is unbearable. "Now is my chance to seize my...". Like famous last words, the Quetzalcóatl regain its balance and slides through the rock, to get Astral. "Totally forgot. Serpent.". Astral runs away when the Quetzalcóatl chases her, only to find out that they can only run in a small area of the top of the pyramid. "This is ridiculous, I need to take the upper hand." After scanning on the battlefield, as they both keep chasing in a circle, Astral takes the chance to leap onto one of the rock. She wanted to gain enough sight on how to deal with Quetzalcóatl's serpent form. She then notices that the tail of the serpent is slightly hurt by the icicle. "Hmm, what if...". Astral leaps onto another rock, just to get closer to the tail while staying outside of the serpent's vision. Astral pointed out her staff, focusing on a single attack at the opening. "Hope this will work...Multiple Holy Bits", screamed Astral. The strikes hit the weakness, as it severs the wound of the serpent. "Hissssss...". The serpent cries in pain and finally fades away, leaving behind the golden chest on the spot.              "I...won? No way! I did it!", squealed Astral on the top of her lungs. She continued to enjoy her victory until she was too tired and fall down the floor, laying. She smiled because, for the first time, she enjoyed this. She forgot on how long had it been since the last time she enjoys playing games, but now, she was not only playing it. She actually plays and feels everything she did, touched and moved, all of her senses responded to it. She does not care anymore about goals or quest on this game. She simply just wants to enjoy her life in this game. "Oh, almost forgot the chest", muttered Astral to herself. She stands up and walks over to the chest. The golden chest, with the golden rays around it, speaks as it is one of the legends loot to be claimed. "Now let see what inside of the chest".    New item:   You have acquired:    [Winter Lily Robe] : [Int +20] [Holy Blessing]  [Divine Scepter] : [Int +15] [Rafaela's Touch]  [Hermes's Pace] : [Agi +20] [Winds of Messenger]                "Wow, this is one good equipment here! Am I really got to wear this?", not believing by the items she gained, Astral keeps reading the descriptions.      [Unique Series] This equipment is one-of-the-kind, gifted for only to those who defeat the boss, solo, in a single try while clearing the dungeon.   [Holy Blessing]  Any buffs used gain doubled effects for solo or party.    [Hermes's Pace] Gains extra speeds and new magic learned: Wind Magic I   [Rafaela's Touch] Instantly restore the wielder HP when it below 50%                "I'm going try it now", squealed Astral, happily. The robe itself, with purest white colour, like the snow, fit Astral's figure. The robe itself was long enough with a split, which looks like a pair of wings. The long boots, with blue, ice colour, with a little pair of wings on each of them, indicate the resemblances of Quetzalcóatl itself. The new staff she got was beautiful enough like she wields one of those staff that usually only the angels can use. This new equipment was only marked a new journey for Astral, yet now she has a long way to go and an adventure to write.   "Let's keep moving!" Meanwhile… “Hmm, this is interesting. Maybe, we need to spice things up for now…”
