A few walks toward a new place does not make Astral excited as when she still remembers the duel she had before. She cannot accept that she lose to someone who simply only cares about her looks and herself. "Narscism much eh.", mumbled Astral. Despite that unfortunate event, she is more concern about one of the players asked her about a skill that she used. "Eykiddo, that skill is impressive. How do you get it?", asked one of them, intriguingly. Though most of the players urged her for the answers, she is still clueless. All that she remembered during the duel were her unwillingness to participate and her loss. She sure that she did not learn any new skills, so she opens her Skills Tab to make sure, just in case. "Hmm, nothing new. Yup, everything is the same as my last login.", Astral confirmed it. "Soo, what's that all people talking bout? Golden aura? AoE spell? Maybe I learn some illusion skill. Hmm.."Feeling unsatisfied, Astral just brushed it off and continued her walk. Little that she knew, she was already in a new area.
"I could swear that this is the right path to the forest...", said Astral to herself, as now she was in the Twisted Forest. The forest itself has darker settings than the previous one. The roots of the trees are enormous, like the floor itself is alive, while the branches are full of thick leaves, almost blocking the ray of light. Eerie sounds resounded all around the forest, the scene of the creepy trees with remained claws' mark, an ideal place for a player to get killed easily. Though the atmosphere itself is horrendous and can send chills to the spines, Astral choose to walk anyway. Being unbothered, she stumbles into a door, tangled by the tree's vines. "Hmm, a secret door, hidden in the forest? Maybe it is one of the secret dungeons.", thought Astral to herself. She checked the map, to re-confirm, whether it is a dungeon or just a decoration. "Ah, Spiral Tomb.", Astral smiled, "Interesting. Time to dive in!". Astral opened the dungeon's door, without knowing what is waiting for her behind that door.
The scene inside of the dungeon is no more the trees, full of vines or leaves; instead it changes into one of the pyramid's layout. Not a single life form existed there, only bricks and stones filling the pavement and walls with a drawing of some ancient characters. Astral genuinely excited by this, because deep down she knows that this dungeon may have a unique series of equipment that she needs. As she started to walk, she accidentally steps on of those traps. She already triggered some elaborate anti-theft countermeasures, and the worst comes afterwards. "Uh oh, that sounds bad.", realized she in the prominent dangers, or supposed to, she draws out her staff and gets to her attack stance. The walls start to crack open, and mummies swarm the only pavement. "No, not mummies!", screamed Astral as the only way that she can escape is to move forward. Surprisingly, though Astral runs with all her might, she never did outrun the mummies as the gap between them is just 7 inches apart. "Omg, why?!", mumbled by herself in a hurry, she checked her Stats Tab. "Great, low Vitality. No wonder.". Still running in a walking pace, Astral decided to try another method. "Wait, mummies are 'the deads'. So, if I use my Light Magic...", as Astral talked to herself, she stopped and turned around to face the mummies, ready to attack. "I hope this will work. Holy Bit!". Astral chanted one of her Light Magic that projectile arrows with light-attribute. The mummies that been hit by the attack slowly decrumbed, and left behind the rustic wrapper. She thought that she already defeated them, but it was too early to celebrate.
The rustic wrapper did not turn into any material, but instead, it floats. Yes, it floats, into the shapes of the mummies. Again. While the mummies get reincarnated, Astral took the chances to escape. "Waah, this is insane. How can I possibly defeat them?", cried Astral, running out of breath, while thinking to herself on how to deal with this. Without her realizing, she was stopped by the 3 doors that lead to a different road in front of her. Above them, crafted symbols show what may be found at the end of it. Python on the right, Eye on the left and Wings on the middle one. Not enough time to think, Astral closed her eyes and ran to whichever room her legs took her to. As she already went deeper, she heard a sound, like the walls slowly touch the floor. She also realized there was no more faint light in the pavement of the room. When she makes sure that she is safe, she stops and lays down on the nearest wall. "That was so close.", claimed Astral, as she is currently trying to catch her breath. As soon she was about to relax, she alerted that the surrounding was quite bizarre. It was too quiet, and the silence is almost deafening. Astral collected herself then ventured further in the deep. At the end of the hallway, she spots a blindly light, trying to pierce her eyes, but she managed to block it with her palm. What awaited her at the end of the hallway, shocked her in many ways.
As Astral reached the end of the hallway, her feet were almost stepped on the baseless floor. She stopped herself, vigorously, before she falls into the deep abyss. "W-what? This room...", trying to regain herself, Astral finally speak out loud, "This room looks like Pharaoh's Tomb!". The room itself is like a maze, the floor is there, but not connected. One must find their own ways to across the abyss to the next room. Astral examined the room and realized that the walls are full of ancient painting. Pictures of a scales in the middle and fours animal graphic canopic jars by its side. She also found out that 4 different sarcophagi scattered in the room. "Hmm, this may be a puzzle.", Astral continued, "But, luckily, I focus during History of The Ancient. This could be easy...I think?". As she double-checked the painting, she realized that, on the top of the jar, they have numbers. "Let see... Ra, God of the Sun, Geb, God of the Earth, Anubis, The Underworld Divine, and lastly, Osiris, The King of Living. Hmm, maybe I need to balance the scales with only two God to be picked.", confirmed Astral after she recognized all of the God from the painting. The four sarcophagi, each of them, are located at every corner of the room. Astral, sure by her theory, ready to aim at the sarcophagi according to the sequence: Life, Sun, Earth, Death. Astral prepared her Holy Bits spell and... it missed. "Wow, I need to work on my aim after this,", as Astral continued. Every time she cast her spell, it hardly hit the sarcophagus, until after a while..."Finally, hit all four of them.". Suddenly, the painting on the walls faded away, and a straight, rock path is visible. "Finally, to the next room", sighed Astral.
Astral walks the path until the next door is in front of her. "This door looks different. A boss's dungeon maybe?", Astral tries to confirm her thought. Before she pushes the door open, a System prompt message popped up: You have learned 'Multiplier'. Astral toggled the skills tab to know her new skill. "Hmm, so this is one of the passive, that allows me to cast the same spell, but with multiple numbers. Cool!", screamed Astral as she gains new skill today. She then ready to push the door, conquers whatever behind it. She pushed the door and walked to the middle of the darkroom, waiting for something to happen. As expected, the door shut itself behind her. A wild growl suddenly echoed all over the room. The dungeon's boss. Astral quicky in her attack stance, ready to win over the ultimate boss.
"Well, here we go!"
