The bad news is I have no idea why he is here or why he hasn’t told Denise that he comes here. What’s up with that? What am I going to tell Denise?
“Hey, Denise! Guess what? Randy’s not cheating on you! But he may have a drug problem. Why don’t you ask him? Ask him where he’s been going every Tuesday.”
I beat myself up over getting involved in this stupid plot.
All I wanted was to be liked. Is that bad? Stupid. Stupid.
Now, I have to figure out how to break the news to Denise that Randy isn’t cheating, but is . . . what? A drug addict? Who knows?
I know one thing. I’m ready for some air-conditioning. Hanging out in the heat in an itchy wig and heavy makeup isn’t my idea of fun.
