Anna

I felt tingles on my stomach and moaned, damn this dream is more realistic than I thought! He kept going lower and lower and my eyes shot open. I looked down to see Ace between my legs.

“Good morning babe, I decided to make your dream real since you were moaning and saying my name.” He didn’t give me time to say anything because he continued with what he was doing.

“ACE!” I screamed.

“I can wake up to this everyday.” I smiled out of breath.

“Let’s go take a shower. I need to officially introduce you to the pack.” I groaned.

“Do I have to? They hate me.”

“They don’t hate you Anna now come.”

An hour later, after much convincing Ace to get out of the shower we were eating breakfast.

“Come on everyone is waiting.” I sighed there’s no getting out of this.

We went out to the backyard. He cleared his throat and everyone became silent. I hid behind him.

“Come on Anna stop being shy.” He said while smiling.

“Everyone I have an announcement. I found my mate, many of you know her because we thought that she was a rogue but she wasn’t her name is Anna. I expect you to treat your Luna with respect if any of you have a problem with this lets address them now.” No one said anything.

“Good, you can continue with the party.”

A lot of women came up to me and spoke. I was polite and spoke back, even when it was clear they were being phony. Ace went off talking to people so I was left alone, they were asking me a million questions and I didn’t want to be rude because that would give them a reason to hate me.

“Hey Anna the Alpha is looking for you.” She grabbed my arm and pulled to the other side of the yard.

“What does Ace want? Where is he?” I asked looking around, she laughed and said that he didn’t really want me.

“Thanks for rescuing me.” She smiled.

“No problem they can be hounds, I’m Alexis.” We sat and talked for a while. She was a funny girl. I found out that she lived in the pack house but her family lived in a house down the street and she’s 19.

“Hey Sweetie Pie I was…” He looked at Alexis and had a goofy look on his face. Aww their mates. I looked at Alexis she had the same look.

“Um guys.” I said while waving my hands in their face.

“Sorry.” said Alexis while blushing.

“I’m just gonna go and find Ace"

Lance

I was looking for Anna when a delicious scent hit me. I followed it and found the source, it was a girl sitting next to Anna. She was a goddess, she stood up when she saw me.

She was around 5’7, she had blond hair and light blue eyes and curves in all the right places. I was wrapped up in her I didn’t even see when Anna left.

“I’m Lance. What’s your name sweetheart?” I said in a husky voice, that made her shiver she looked down.

“I’m Alexis.” I lifted her chin.

“Don’t ever look down, I always want to see those beautiful eyes.” She blushed and looked anywhere but me.

Something caught her eye, I looked at the source and growled it was a male glaring at her.

“I’m sorry I have to go.” She said quietly.

“Nu-uh, no you don’t. Where do you think you’re going?” She looked back at the boy.

“My boyfriend is looking for me if I don’t go he’ll get upset I’m sorry.” I got pissed. No one will harm my mate as long as I’m alive.

“You’re MINE!” I said. Her eyes widened when her boyfriend came walking over. He hugged her.

“I’m going to give you one chance to let my mate go before I kill you.” I growled.

Alexis

He’s the most handsome man that I've ever saw in my life. I couldn’t look away and his voice sent shivers down my spine. Everything came back to me when I looked over at my boyfriend. He gets super jealous when I talk to other men and I didn’t want Lance to get hurt so I quickly made an excuse to leave.

“Hey babe.” My boyfriend said while hugging me. I didn’t want to hug him back it felt wrong. Lance growled and I jumped, his eyes were pitch black I got scared.

“I’m going to give you one chance to let my mate go before I kill you.” He growled, god that was hot.

“What? She’s my girl, right Alexis.” They both looked at me. I was nervous I couldn’t reject my mate but I knew what Cody was like he gripped my waist digging his nails in.

“Tell him babe.” He said through gritted teeth.

“I be-belong to you Cody.” I said with tears in my eyes looking at the ground.

“Good, you heard her now we’ll be going.” He dragged me away from Lance. I looked back and mouthed that I was sorry. Cody slammed me against the tree causing me to cry out in pain.

“What the hell have I told you about talking to other men?” Slap, I didn’t even get a chance to defend myself.

“If I see you around him you know what’s going to happen.” He kissed me and left me at the tree. I wiped my face and went back to the cookout.

“Hey Alexis.” I turned to see the Luna running towards me.

“Hey Luna.” She looked at me.

“Call me Anna and what’s wrong? You can talk to me I know how you feel trust me.” She said. There’s no way that she could possibly understand Alpha Ace may be a jerk but he will never hit a woman.

“I know the signs Alexis, you’re scared, you second guess yourself all of the time because you don’t want to upset him, am I right?” I looked at her shocked.

“Not Ace, my first mate. He was horrible. He raped me, let his friends do it and he beat me a lot. Don’t be scared, Lance can protect you he’s not head of the fighters for nothing. Now go talk to him I hate seeing my brother so sad.”

I started crying thinking of Lance hurt. "Thanks Anna, for a 17 year old you sure are smart.” I said

“Yeah I’ve been through more than what anyone should have to at this age. Now go and get your man before he kills someone.”

Lance

I can’t believe it! She chose that i***t over me, when I looked at her she looked scared like Anna looks when she thinks that you're going to hit her. s**t I cursed to myself, if he hurts her he’s dead.

Anna come here I need to talk to you it’s important.

K I’m on the way.

“Omg Lance what’s wrong? Were you crying?” She asked on the verge of tears herself. I loved Anna she’s so nice and caring she’ll make the perfect Luna.

“Can you talk to Alexis? I think her boyfriend abuses her that’s why she chose him over me she’s scared."

“Sure lance I’ll go find her now.” After Anna left I just sat throwing rocks at the water. I didn't want to be around anyone right now I was to upset and angry.

“Lance.” A small voice said from behind me. I turned around and saw Alexis.

“I’m so sorry I would never reject you. I was scared because I know what he’s capable of he’s not a nice man.” I walked to her and kissed her.

“He will never hurt you I promise.” I said.

“Promise?” I nodded and she smiled.

“So do you want to go on a date with me?” She jumped up and down.

“Yes I have to find Anna.” She kissed me and ran back to the house. I took a deep breath and smiled I don’t know what would have happened if she would have rejected me.

Now about our date, I thought to myself. I need help, I’m not the romantic type. An idea popped in my head my cousin Julia will help. She’s into that stuff. I set off to set up the most perfect date ever.
