Chapter 4The Brasserie was serving a selection of Moet champagnes with its lunch and Armand fussed around in the kitchen as people started to arrive. He had no concerns about the chefs. The twin brothers moved around the kitchen like a well-oiled machine, checking, tasting, and passing on their orders to the sous chefs.
