We were seated at a rectangular table in the meeting room. My father at one end and King Siegel at the other end. I was seated at my dad’s right hand with Lorde beside me and Henry next to him. Directly in front of me is my dad’s beta and a line of other nobles from Dakarai. We were deliberating on a land dispute between Auradon and Dakarai.
The issue has been a major challenge between the two communities for years now and we needed to expand boarders. In past times, we had gone into battle with Dakarai and came out victorious, overpowering many of their warriors and acquiring many of their lands. They didn’t stand a chance with us, no community did which was why they conceded defeat and offered their Princess to us as a form of peace.
