Sierra's POV
"Uh, could we maybe get out of here?" I mumble, shyness creeping up my back. "Really princess? I just f****d you like no tomorrow and you just showed me your inner slut. Don't go hiding now," Asher says and I raise an eyebrow. The shyness was gone and anger replaced the spot.
"My inner slut? So to you that was slutty?" I question and he opens his mouth but shuts it. "What? No!" He says quickly and I roll my eyes. "What the f**k ever dude. You're an asshole. Guess that's what I'm attracted to," I mumble, pushing him off of me.
"Move," I growl and shakes his head, pulling me against his chest. "Stop," he demands and I scoff, slapping his chest the best I can. "Let me go!" I yell with tears in my eyes. "Just let me go," I mumble in defeat.
"Not until you tell me what the hell that was about. I know you're not a slut, so what the f**k Sierra?" He asks and I shrug. "I don't know! You hit a nerve I guess," I tell him, lowering my head.
I wiggle out of his grip and walk around him, heading straight for the restroom. Once I have myself fixed up, I walk back out and cross my arms. "I think I'll just have Ross come pick me up," I tell him and he narrows his eyes.
"Really? I say one wrong thing and you're ready to go running to the next guy?" He questions and I scoff. "Unbelievable. There you go again!" I yell, flinging my arms in the air. "You literally just made me out to be a hoe." He closes his eyes and mumbles lowly before taking a deep breath.
"Sierra," He says softly, walking over to where I'm standing. "What?" I ask weakly, already affected by him. "Here's your chance. Do you want out? You barely know me and I barely know you. Run if you want, but you better not look back. I'm giving you ten seconds to decide. Stay or leave," he says coldly and I look into his eyes.
"I need an answer princess," he mumbles and I take a deep breath. Run! My mind yells, but my body doesn't move. You barely know him! You'll live in constant danger! The voice taunts in the back of my head. "I'll stay," I find myself whispering, staring into his beautiful breathtaking eyes.
"What's your full name?" I question, earning a weird look from him. "Why?" He questions, curiosity in his eyes. "Because I know nothing about you yet I've f****d you and I'm choosing to stay with you for my own protection and maybe other reasons. So I need to know you," I tell him and he smirks, nodding his head.
"Fair enough. Asher Carson Fields. And you?" He asks and I blush, smiling softly. "Sierra Marie Rose," I whisper and he smiles. "A beautiful name for a beautiful woman," he says while smiling and I blush slightly.
"Maybe we should get out of here," I mumble, looking behind him at the door. A couple guys stand there, clearly intrigued by what's happening in this office. "Why?" He asks and I nod my head. "We have an audience," I whisper and he chuckles, turning around.
"What?" He asks the guys and they smirk, shaking their head. "A guy named Pierce is outside. Wants to talk about some cat named Austin. Ross is here too," one of the guys say and my eyes go big. "I-I need to go," I mumble, pushing past him.
"Sierra, no. Stay right here. Nobody mention she's here. Did Ross say anything about the girl?" Asher asks and the guys shake their head. "No."
"Good," Asher mumbles and walks out, but he stops briefly. "Stay here no matter what," he tells me.
"Okay," I say back to him him after taking a deep breath. The men give me questioning looks but follow after Asher anyway, leaving me behind. I sit at the table near the desk we just f****d on and pull out my phone.
Me - What is going on? Don't leave me in the dark please.
Ross - Our boss is here. Not happy about the situation with Austin. Asher is talking with him. Everything will be okay.
Me - What boss? I thought he works here.
Ross - It's not my place to tell.
Me - I just chose to stay thinking I'll be safe. If I'm not safe I need to know.
Ross - We're part of a very dangerous Gang. We're mixed into the Mafia.
I place my phone down and look around I shock. "Oh f**k me," I mumble, breathing in and out quickly. Calm down, just calm down. I'll be okay. Asher will protect me, right?
Ross - Don't freak out. You'll be okay. You're part of us now, we got you.
Me - I need to talk to Asher. Can I come out?
Ross - No! Pierce doesn't know about you. It's safer that way. Just stay put
I growl and slam my phone down, anger bubbling inside of me. I'm tired of men telling me what to do, controlling my every move. Maybe I should run, get the hell out of here.
Ping!
Asher - I'll explain everything princess, just give me a chance. I'll protect you. I promise.
Me - Promises are meant to be broken..
I slide my phone into my dress pocket and swallow hard before making my way to the back door. Before I can even step outside, I'm grabbed from behind. "I knew you'd run," Asher says I fall limp in his arms. "I can protect you Sierra. Give me a chance," he mumbles and I nod. "Okay."
