(Lawrence’s POV)
I can’t believe this; did they really think that no one would have found out. Now everyone is going to have to search for them. This was such a dangerous and stupid idea. They always tell me everything. Why wouldn’t they just include me in this plan?
“Lawrence?” Queen Adelia questioned as if she was speaking previously. I was so lost in my own thoughts that I didn’t even realize someone was speaking to me. Shoot. What was she saying? Think. Think. Think. Lawrence. It is no use; I can’t pin point a previous conversation.
“Yes Queen Adelia.” I said respectfully as I bowed. I can’t remember hearing anything directed to me. Best I just apologize for it and hope for forgiveness at this point.
