"Electra." The voice came back. Her voice was deep and soothing now. Ella found the voice comforting, although having another voice besides her own in her head is going to take some getting used to.
"It is not that hard really. You and I are going to be the best of friends in no time!" The voice was confident and a little excited too.
Ella must have been smiling because her Dad reached over and grabbed her hand.
"Don't worry. Having your wolf means that you will never be alone again, and you will have the best friend in the world always right there with you for the rest of your life." Her father gave her hand a squeeze. "What is your wolf's name?"
Her father asked, peaking over at her as he came to a stop at a stop sign. "Electra." Ella beamed. "She sounds wonderful!"
