Chapter Ten
“A game of seduction”
Amira POV
“You’ve got to be shitting me!” I yell through the phone at Samantha.
It’s 7am and she just called me to tell me that Christian and his men will also be attending school. Not the news I want to hear after having spent half the night, tossing and turning in anger, throwing a pity party for myself and my s**t luck with mates.
“They’re Seniors, Amira. It would only make sense that they continued their schooling here.”
I swear profusely, letting a long line of colorful language spew through the phone line. Antha stays quiet through most of it, accepting my rant without interruption. Once I’m done, I top it off with, “In sum, this is absolute bullshit.”
“Can I do anything for you?” she asks, her tone kind.
