I knew the very minute that I saw this girl that she was a special unmated wolf. She reeked of innocence. I watched her escape that stupid vampire. He thought he was going to come after her he would have to think again. She is mine now. I quickly gained her trust.
I could hardly believe how my luck had changed. This girl was the answer to my prayers. My father was of course not happy that I had bought her back to our family home but I didn't care. I wasn't about to let her out of my sight. She would believe we were mates and that is all there is to it. Nobody would question it, as long as I could keep the potion coming then she would be putty in my hands.
