I really hated leaving my mate but the minute she got up from the bed my beta linked me with information that Felicity had done a runner. Nobody could get through to her on the mindlink. I cursed under my breath and knew she was going to have to be found. Stupid girl. I should really let her go and fend for herself but as the alpha it was my duty to make sure all pack members were safe and plus she needed to be held accountable for her actions. Amelia was going to worry so much if she knew of this situation. I heard the shower start up and knew I had a few minutes to get out the door without her stopping me. It was best she knew nothing of this.
