Going Home

The moment I laid eyes on my mother I couldn’t hold back the tears. It was such an overwhelming feeling and I just wanted to hug her. But it hurt so badly when she said I wasn’t her daughter. Max told me the second I touched her. The spell would break and end the curse she had been put on for so long. I was so excited when she realised who I was. We had so much to talk about and get to know each other. I forgot Max and Jackson were in the room until Jackson stood behind me and cleared his throat with a cough. “Oh thank you so much.” I thanked Max for his help and he just nodded like it was no big deal, but it was a big deal for me. “You get your alpha position and what will you do with the pack now? It’s in ruins!” I exclaimed feeling terrible for the poor guy. “It will be fine.”
