I couldn’t help but smile as I headed to the motel where my mate and Laurie had been hiding. My mate thought she was clever trying to out run me. She should know by now that I don’t give up that easily. Especially when it’s something that belongs to me. My mate was mine. Nothing and nobody was going to get in the way of that again. That damn Felicity had caused this all because she was unable to accept that the moon goddess hadn’t paired me with her.
