The Crush That Haunts Her

The dreadful call

Ferra's phone was going off; someone was calling her, and I am like, please hope and pray it's Drake and he is safe. I am so happy I am here with Seth though he makes me happy, and I think tonight I am finally going to give him a real kiss and maybe just maybe my virginity. Ouch, my head hurts all of a sudden.

Then I heard someone scream ." Drake, oh no, I gotta go," she says.

"What happened to Ferra?" I asked.

" Oh, I can't talk right now. I got to meet Drake. He needs to talk to me."

'Ok, see you when you get back," I answer her back.

" Ok, I will be back," she says.

I noticed Seth walking towards me. "Hey, baby, what sup?" He asked.

" I am just thinking what and why did she have to go meet Drake then him coming here?" I asked him.

"Well, he just texts me and says he has to talk to her privately," Seth says.

Drake P.O.V

I am sitting at the bench across Ravey Bird's house. I am waiting on my girlfriend, Ferra. I am going to end it with her because I want Raven. She is mine, I haven't seen her yet, but I want to end things first with Ferra and try to win Raven from Seth. I know it is an awful thing to do to one of my best friends. I want her, and I will have her; I noticed Ferra is walking up towards me in my thoughts. "Baby, why did you want to talk here across the street?" Ferra asks

"Well, I want to tell you something," I say to her.

I noticed she takes deep breaths then she looks down.

"I already know what you're doing; you are finally going to tell Raven you love her," Ferra says.

 I look over at her, and she has silent tears on her cheeks. Then she looks up and starts to smile; she grabbed my hand, and when she finally tells me how she felt about that. " I hope you tell her everything and hope she gives you a chance now, and I want to let you know something. I am in love with Seth. Since freshman year, I have always thought I had to be with you because people always wanted us together. I want you to find happiness, Drake. I love you, but I am not in love with you," she says. 

I look at her with my mouth gaped open and just stunned. Wow, she has been in love with Seth.

"Are you going to tell him finally?" I asked.

She smiles and kisses me on the cheek, and then she leaves down the road back to our flat.

I sit there and watch her walk down towards the car where she parked the car, and then she gets her phone out, and she is on her phone, then she drives off.

Across the street, I see Seth coming out of the house and getting into his vehicle. I smile and wish Ferra luck and find happiness with the man she is in love with.

I want to go across the street to her house, but I want to get her some flowers.  I walk down the road to go around the bend and then down the road towards the beach. I go to the florist, and I go and get her some blue roses.

I was so happy running up the street back to her house, and then when I went around the bend, I almost ran into someone, but I moved out of the way and then Boom.
