It was time to go home after a pretty annoying day. I had been moody as f**k all day and it had affected my work and the way I attended to my customers but that was it. Though I wanted to feel something else or act happy, I couldn't pretend that I wasn't pissed at all.
Ashley left pretty early, fortunately, leaving me behind to lock up the shop. I didn't want to face her annoying face that evening and I felt it was for the best. I might have ended up doing something pretty terrible to her with the way I was feeling.
