Lenora couldn’t fight the grin threatening to take hold of her features. It wasn’t her intention to put Hazel on the spot, but that hadn’t stopped her from enjoying the moment.
The version of the woman before her was devastatingly adorable and Lenora wanted those few minutes together to last forever. To keep them locked in time, but the vampire knew that to be impossible.
