Kim's Secret

Taehyung's Pov:

When I woke up it was already the next morning. I did not realize that,  loosing consciousness in those moments was the day that i would ever remember something that will surely trigger me.

  When I opened my eyes, i saw the faces of those people i was longing for long, for damn three long years. To tell that even though we saw ech other at video calls, but seeing them right infront of me is something diffrent. I could see the intense concern in my parents' eyes.  Even though feeling a bit hurt to my head, I decided to pretend I was okay.  Eomma approached my bed and hold my hands, gently squeezing and asking me how I was feeling.  I smiled at him and said I was okay, nothing to worry about.

"I really miss you baby" he said as he hugged me.

"I miss you too eomma."  I said as I hugged him too.

"Here I am too."  appa said suddenly and we just laughed when we saw her acting as if she was sulking.  I got up from the bed and jumped on him,

"i miss you so much appa!"  I shouted, in his surprise, and we both almost fell to the floor.  Fortunately, my appa was strong and he balanced his legs.

"My god baby, don't do that again. What if appa is weak."  worried, but was still laughing.

"That's enough, it's time for breakfast. And Taehyung, I called your university and I told them that you can't come today."  Baek hyung said as he entered my room.

"Thank you hyungie!" I said then I gave him a kiss on the forehead. We all follow Baek hyung to the kitchen. We found Chanyeol hyung sitting and looking at his phone seriously, clenching his fist and i notice how his forehead  furrowed.  I sat down next to him and my eyes widened when I saw the video he was watching.  Unbeknownst to me, I suddenly felt a severe tremor in my knees that made me think that at some point I would faint. 

"Taehyung? Are you okay baby?"  I heard eomma say but I could not move and even speak. 

"little cupcake!"

I backed away a little and suddenly I covered my ears. I look at them with my blurry eyes, i know their saying something but i can't understand, i cant hear anything, all i can hear is that little cupcake repeatedly. I don’t know what I was doing in those moments, all I could hear was the demonic laughter and grim voice.

I keep on taunting and trying to push everyone away from me, until i felt a harsh shake to my shoulders and a loud voice that yelled my name near my ear,  I looked at the person in front of me, with tears in my eyes and I saw eomma crying.  I suddenly hugged him tightly, I do not know why but I felt fear in the depths of my heart.  He caress my back, I can not remember how long I hugged him and when I became calm he told me to sit next to him.  We are in front of the table but neither of us could eat.

  "Eomma ... I'm scared."  the only word i said.  I felt him caress my back. 

"Do you remember baby?"  he said with a tinge of concern and fear in his voice.

"I dont know eomma, appa...but there someone in my mind calling me that name..." i said between my sobs.

"Joon,can we talk?" i heard Cahnyeol hyung and appa followed him. At the corner of my eyes, i saw them entered at the office of Chanyeol hyung. I know and i can feel that it is related to me.

I told emma that i'll go to my room and hr nod. I left him with Baek hyung at tge kitchen Did i mention that nobody of us eats breakfast? If not, blame this crazy authors.

I went upstair and i kniw its not a good to listen at adults talk, but im 16 already. So i guess its okay. I  reach the the second room at uostair where the office is, i silently lean my back at the wall, i can see and heard them clearly coz the door is slightly open.

"I tried my best to not let that bastard see him again, i didn't know that this day will come."

"Joon, what we will do now? We know how that bastard work. And for sure, he will do everything to get him again."

Namjoon sigh deeply, clenching his fist.

"I swear, i will kill that bastard when i see him. I will not let my baby to be hurt again."

"Do you still have any connection at the underworld,Joon?" Chanyeol ask and Namjoon look at him. He then stoof from his sit,walk near the glass window and took a deep sigh.

"Chan,you know very well about that. Thats the reason why we hid Taehyung to the public, we never want him to know about this cruel world. Its not easy for us to be away for him for so long, its not easy for us to not be with him in every special occasions in his life, but we need to protect him to everyone, specially to this world we are in...this mafia underworld is not for him, Chan." Namjoon said in throaty voice.

"You...you also a...a..." Namjoon and Chanyeol look at the door and saw a shock Taehyung.

"Tae baby..." Namjoon walks to him closer.

"We are sorry baby, but please...listen to us okay? Please?" Namjoon hug him and he can feel the shaking body of his son. Taehyung couldn't move, he felt his body numb.

Namjoon took a deep breath,they were all sitting at Chanyeol office now. Taehyung just keep his eyes staring at his shoes while they tell everything to him. His mind cant process all the shocking confession that he heard. He never knew that his parents are in mafia, and for f**k sake, his appa is one of those leaders in underworld.

"Jeon Jungkook." Taehyung gritted his teeth, then stood up. Namjoon, Jin,Chaayeol and Baekhyun look at each other then to Taehyung who was now walking to the door.

"Taehyung, where are you going?" Namjoon ask worriedly.

"That f*****g Jeon Jungkook!i will kill him!" Taehyung said seething his teeth before slamming the door.

The four elder look confusely to each other. But soon, followed the young boy who lookd like he is really ready to kill.

"What was he thinking? Why do he want to kill Jeon?" Jin blow up inside the car.

"Did something happen between them, Chan?" Namjoon ask eyes focus on the road.

"I really dont know why but i think he suspects Jeon about his k********g before." Chanyeol replied that Namjoon suddenly step on the break and stop the car when the light turn red. Confusely look at Chanyeol at thr back sit.

"You mean, they met already?" Jin muttered. After sometime, Namjoon starts to drive again, while listening to Chanyeol telling about the taekook encounter.
