And so, with every ounce of strength I had left in me, I pushed forward with the large wolf by my side, leaving behind a trail of blood in the snow.
He was too exhausted and I could tell that it was only a matter of time before he would fall to the ground and collapse. He was only acting tough because I was here and he didn’t want to act weak before me.
But his health was stronger than his ego.
That last comeback where he had attacked those wolves was something I had not seen coming.
He had seriously turned into a very large wolf and let loose his true power.
While they fought, the ground trembled and the earth spilled its guts within as they made sure they tore into each other.
