I look out the window of my off thinking about what happened yesterday. Walking away from Amelia yesterday was hard but I knew she was going to tell the kiss was a mistake, I could not have that, she was going to lie to herself and me by saying she does not feel the connection we share.
“Why are we sulking at seven in the morning Aaron?” I turn my head to see my best friend’s future wife.
I give Sam a small smile. She walks into my office and closes the door behind.
