Chapter 7 finding out what's next is hard.

Ron nodded as Darryl left his office once again. He was bound and determined to find out what's going on, he looked inside her room and she wasn't there. Hexwalked down the hall toward the living room, she wasn't there relaxing in her favorite chair either, he even looked in the throne room, and she wasn't there, he decided to try and smell her scent, it was faint in every room, even the kitchen, it was like she was everywhere, he looked outside but she wasn't out there, he suddenly figured out where she was, without smelling her scent. He walked up the five flights of stairs, the only room that was up here. Was her parents room, he slowly opened the door. And saw her sitting on the floor rocking back and forth crying, he slowly walked into the room shutting the door behind him, he set on the floor beside her, holding her close to his chest, letting her cry, "He softly whispered, "It's ok baby," go ahead and cry I'll be right here," after awhile she stopped crying, "I just miss them Darryl," It's hard holding my head up, and trying to be strong," This was there room, there scent isn't strong in here any more, it's faint, I'm scared I'll forget all about them, he sighed and held her close,

 "Hayley baby" there is no way you would ever forget about them,neither will anyone else, they are apart of history, everyone will talk about them for years to come, your Father saved many, your mother loved all,and helped all, they will forever be remembered, and I know they are watching over you, they always will," she looked up into his eyes, she was sniffling, she took a deep breath. I know I'll miss them for the rest of my life. My mother was a handful at times wasn't she, Darryl started to laugh. Yeah she was, I remember when she got mad at your dad for some reason, and she threw a frying pan at him, it missed him by an inch, he ran at her and wouldn't let her go until she calmed down, I think it was because he forgot a anniversary, or something, but she gave him that night, Hayley laughed then hiccuped, I remember my father and her were having a race who could clean the house faster. She took her time, and by the time she was done cleaning the kitchen, he had the whole castle done, or when he got kicked off the horse and she went running to see if he was ok, and he grabbed her they both tumbled into the pond, they had a wonderful life Hayley, I've lived over a thousand years Hayley, and I loved most with your father and mother, I left for awhile because  couldn't find my mate, 

When I finally returned mateless, you was already of age, and I knew I found my mate, I just didn't know if you knew, I kept it to myself out of respect of your parents, but somehow they just knew, they told me if anything ever happened to them to look after you, to keep you safe, and I've done that over the years, and if you decide that you want to reject me in the end, I'll still protect you and can you safe, "She nodded and stood up," Come on," let's get out of here," he stood up leaving first, she took a look around there room then whispered, I love you momma and dad, I hope you are watching over me and I'm making you proud" she closed the door then locked it, they both walked downstairs, hand and hand, when they got to the bottom step,she turned and hugged him tightly, "Thank you for today," "For being there for me," I think I'll be ok now, he nodded, holding her close to him, "Are you hungry?" She shook her head no, not now, I'm to tired, he nodded, I'll take you to your room, they walked back up the four flights of stairs, then walked into her room, she went to her dresser took her shirt and jeans off and put on her pajama pants and shirt, then laid in bed, she patted the side next to her, 

"We're mates Darryl you don't have to leave," he nodded, should I leave my clothes on?" She rolled her eyes, "Darryl come on" take everything off but your boxers, you'll be fine, he chuckled, alright you say so, "I do" "now do it" he started laughing doing a little strip tease for her, she put a pillow over her face giggling as he playfully danced for her, she was thinking to herself they are already making memories, he climbed into bed holding her, she fell right to sleep, it took him a bit but he finally went to sleep, the next morning, he woke up, he looked over she was already up and gone, there was a note in the pillow

Just wanted to say congratulations, you past another test, when you showered and got dressed, go and find Tesha and ask her your next one is, p,s if you tried anything last night you would had failed. 

He shook his head, as he got up and got into the shower. Washed the. Got out, dried himself off and got dressed in his armor for work today. He knew he had to find Tesha, to find out what's next, he was thinking to himself ,"Ron was right. She wasn't going to make it easy on him, when he found Tesha, she was standing there waiting, he took a deep breath, then asked "What's next?"
