Three years had passed since that fateful day when my Secret admirer rescued me from my family abuses and mistreatment. He had brought me to this beautiful Mansion In Miami. where his son lived with the Nanny and other workers. My Job was to take care of my daughter and his son as I treated him as mine. Today, I had successfully performed a surgery on Wesley Kane, one of the top businessmen in the city. After a long and tiring day, I found myself seated outside the magnificent Mansion, taking a moment to sip on a glass of wine and unwind. Suddenly, my daughter Kensley came running towards me, followed closely by her little half-brother Zensley, or Zen as we called him. They were both three years old and had just started school, bringing immense joy and happiness to my life. Kensley gleefully shouted about Zen's struggle with homework, causing a giggling commotion. Amidst the chaos, Zen chimed in, informing me that Kensley wanted them to go and play. It seemed that Kensley was trying to divert my attention from Zen's difficulties with his schoolwork. I couldn't help but smile at their innocence and their knack for getting into petty trouble. Although exhausted, I set my wine glass down and decided to delve deeper into their issue. It turned out Zen was struggling with simple calculations, much to the frustration of our nanny. Kensley, with her mischievous smile, urged me to pay attention to Zen's academic struggles, making it clear that the ultimate goal was for them to go outside and play together. Zen, wasting no time, enthusiastically suggested riding bikes and expressed his longing to be outdoors. My heart brimmed with an all-consuming love for my children. As for Zen. From the moment I laid eyes on him, I knew he was the embodiment of all my hopes and dreams. There was something about his presence that was magnetizing, drawing my gaze to his ethereal blue eyes and the wild, untamed mane of hair that adorned his toddler head. But there were moments, fleeting and almost imperceptible, when I would catch a glimpse of Kensley in Zen's features. It was as if they were two sides of the same coin, mirror images of each other. The same captivating blue eyes and the unruly, thick mane that was proving to be a constant struggle to maintain. The enigmatic stranger, whose face remained a distant memory, possessed those same distinctive features. It was only the tantalizing memory of his piercing blue eyes that lingered at the fringes of my consciousness. Everything else remained shrouded in a haze of forgetfulness. The revelation of existence presented an opportunity, a chance to exploit the world's assumption that Zen and Kensley were twins. Everywhere I went they all thought these two belonged to the same womb.Just staring at them rolling on the grass,it was overwhelming and satisfying and true to speak more than a dozen times I thought they were twins but no ,he was my secret admirers son ,and he told me he will tell me his story about Zen face to face , three years later,he was still a secret. I had remained silent about the truth, the truth that Kensley was her biological child, while Zen was her half-son , how do I tell people when these two look alike. No way,let me hem assume. The children themselves were convinced they were twins. Kensley a quiet and introspective soul, had concocted the reality that she was the older sister. I could never quite pinpoint the origin of this narrative, but I saw no harm in letting it perpetuate. It seemed to work flawlessly, keeping curious eyes at bay. The secret admirer, whom I likened to a "Zensley copyright," became my ally in this intricate charade. Sometimes I would joke about how these two kids looked alike and he would laugh. Then divert the story to other stories and stuff mostly asking about my studies,But I always felt an advantageous encounter from him would further solidify the notion of Zen and Kensley's twin hood. The town believed it, the gossip-loving inhabitants whispered it, and I reveled in the unspoken secret. I had never divulged to anyone that Zen and Kensley were not both my biological children. It was a carefully guarded secret, a hidden treasure I held close to my chest. Thoughts of the stranger with the mesmerizing blue eyes plagued my mind, demanding answers to questions that were buried deep within my subconscious. Who was he? What was their connection? And why did his features so strikingly resemble those of my children? Now that school is over , I must Inform my secret admirer that I will be visiting home ,I need answers to a few questions. Am not eighteen years anymore, twenty three is a grown up , am no longer Sarah but Doctor Makensie. " Mommy , where do you go to,when you seat like that and stare, your eyes steady and steamy!" Zensley shouted ,shaking me up , I was startled and came back to my senses. " Mommy is only tired!" I replied roughening his mane. I, however, had other plans in mind. As a physician, I couldn't simply let them run free outside the gates. I instructed them to fetch their nanny, explaining that I was tired and needed a break. It was important for someone to supervise them, ensuring their safety. Reluctantly, they both agreed, scampering off to find the nanny. Once alone, I took a moment to reflect on the past three years. They had been a whirlwind of emotions, with becoming a mother to Kensley and gaining a stepson in Zen. Their presence in my life had brought me immeasurable happiness. I cherished their ability to embrace life's little challenges and embrace the joy that came with it. Lost in my thoughts, my phone buzzed, notifying me of a message. It was from my secret admirer, someone who had been a constant presence in my life, providing support and encouragement. I had never met this person, but their words always uplifted my spirits. This person commended the successful surgery I had performed on Wesley Kane, adding that I was the talk of the college. Feeling bolder than usual, I decided to use my one opportunity to respond and ask for something special. After all, I had completed my studies and would soon be embarking on a new journey as a doctor. It was time to show my gratitude. With trepidation, I typed a message, asking when we could finally meet after three long years. To my surprise, the response was swift. My admirer expressed that meeting would happen very soon, but reminded me that taking care of Zen was enough gratitude for now. Curiosity piqued, I flipped off my phone and allowed myself to relax, stretching out on the luxurious couch. The tranquil atmosphere was shattered when I called Johnny, our cook, to inquire about the children's lunch. The kitchen seemed unusually empty, and my stomach growled in anticipation of a satisfying meal. Johnny, always the epitome of efficiency, assured me that my favorite dish would be served promptly. " Madam MaKensie you look very tired do not worry we are going to take care of you you're the person that makes our present valuable were it not for you our families would never be having smiles on their faces!" Johnny said, He was charming a man ,and very organized,he cooked the best of meals . " And were it not for you my children would not be running up and down outside with their little stomachs so full they cannot stop giggling!" I thought I would retaliate in a more positive manner. My name Makensie was my username, most people and friends knew me by it. It was only my secret admirer who referred to me as Sarah ,and probably my siblings back home. Talking about my siblings nobody has ever talked to me for the last three years they do not even care where I am, I was a disgrace to their family after my wedding was canceled when they realized I was pregnant, I became an enemy a slave all, I could do day in day out was cry and cry more. But today I won't go there ,that's in my past, will tell it sooner, am a very different person nobody would even recognize me ,if I met them. As I savored the mouthwatering meal of mashed potatoes, mixed salad, and beef mignon, served with a delectable sauce on the side, the house phone rang. Johnny answered and informed me that the call was for me. Curiosity filled me as I slowly walked towards the phone, wondering who would be calling. "Hello, Dr. Makensie speaking," I greeted, attempting to maintain a professional tone. To my surprise, it was my secret admirer on the other end. He reminded me that tomorrow was Saturday and insisted that I should go out and celebrate my recent success, accompanied by the children and our nanny, Jenny. He even suggested that Johnny should join us on our outing. Naturally, I hesitated, considering that the exam results were not yet released. However, my admirer appealed to my desire to please him, mentioning how much it would mean to him. I couldn't help but wonder about his true identity, as I had never met him in person. Nonetheless, I decided that it wouldn't hurt to indulge in a night out for once. With the details handled by the efficient driver, I knew that everything was in place for our excursion. My mind raced with curiosity, wondering what surprises lay in store for us during this mysterious outing. I couldn't help but hope for a chance to finally meet and get to know the person who had been so instrumental in my life. Meanwhile, life at the Mansion continued to be filled with warmth and support from our nanny, Jenny, and our reliable cook, Johnny. They had become integral parts of our family, helping me take care of the children over the past two years. Their presence and assistance had made it possible for me to pursue my studies with ease. As the night wore on, I found myself enveloped in a mix of excitement and uncertainty. The prospect of meeting my secret admirer, sooner can be tomorrow, combined with the joy of spending quality time with my children, filled my heart with anticipation. Little did I know that this outing would mark the beginning of a new chapter in my life, full of surprises, discoveries, and newfound happiness.
