Chapter 22 photoshoot

SEAN'S POV

When logan left last night I asked Summer what her game was.

She denyed everything at first but she soon gave it up how she thinks Logan and Katy would make a cute couple. I couldn't help but agree there.

Skylar was unsettled until 1am but Summer and me handled it well. It's now 10am and I'm currently under the shower massaging shampoo into my hair.

KNOCK KNOCK

"Sean hurry up, I just got of the phone we need to hurry and get ready" Summer shouts.

"Ready for what?" I shout washing the shampoo off my hair.

"Photoshoot, I just rang them they had a cancellation this afternoon and we need to be there for 1:30pm. So I need a shower as well and help getting Skylar ready" Summer shouts back.

"Okay, I'm nearly finished can you find me a good outfit from my suitcase please?" I ask.

"Okay, I will leave it on the bed" she shouts.

I hurry and get out the shower wrapping a towel around my waist. I head into the bedroom as Summer is walking back into the bedroom with some black Jeans and a deep blue Shirt.

"Here these will look good in the photo shoot" Summer says handing them to me.

"Thankyou, for still including me in the photoshoot." I say

"Don't worry about it, I said I would and I ment it. I had to rebook the health visitor but she was surprisingly understanding after I explained they had a cancellation and how I originally had a date booked for after skylars due date" summer says smiling.

"That's good, I will hurry up and get ready then get Skylar ready if you pick out the clothes you want. That way you can focus on yourself" I say smiling.

"Really your get Skylar ready while I get ready myself?" Summer asks.

"Yeah, of course I will, isn't that what team work is about? Plus look at you all excited I'm glad to see you happy!" I say

"Okay well" but Summer gets inturputed as we hear Skylar start to cry.

"Shoot" Summer says running downstairs.

"Don't worry love we are can see to Skylar while you get things ready" I hear Sandy shouting up the stairs to Summer as she runs down them.

I decided to start to get dry but Summer walks back in.

SUMMERS POV

"Ahh, shoot sorry I didn't think" I say seeing Sean naked.

Sean just laughs and continues.

I turn around, "sorry Im just so excited about the photoshoot, I figured I'd come get my clothes and then skylars clothes ready, but I can go sort Skylars first" I say before going to walk back out.

But before I could exit the door Sean puts his arms around my waist.

"Summer why are you acting shy? It's nothing you haven't seen before, I'm not offended you can continue to get your clothes" he whispers in my ear.

"Umm, ah, it's o-okay I can sort Skylars first" I say embrassed.

"Your still as cute as ever" Sean says before kissing my cheek then realising me.

I quickly hurry to the nursery, I'm sure my cheeks must be beat root. I can't believe that bloke can still turn me into someone who acts like a love sick teenager. I should of whacked his arm away and ran but I know deep down I miss being with Sean that way.

I quickly find a cute little pink dress for Skylar to wear and a white dress incase she is sick or anything on that the pink one. Then a different pink and white dress as a extra spare outfit.

As I walk out the nursery I go to my room, knocking the door before just walking in.

"It's safe to enter" Sean laughs. I walk in to see Sean is just combing his hair.

"Here is the outfit Skylar needs to wear these are the spare ones." I say.

"Okay thanks" Sean says grinning like he won some kinda games event.

"What are you grinning about?" I say placing the clothes on the bed.

"You, your still got that shy looking look on your face" Sean says laughing.

"Ha Ha I'm glad I amuse you" I say before poking my tongue out at Sean.

"Don't tease me like that, I know what wonders your tongue can do" Sean says with gloating eyes.

I roll my eyes, as I go to walk past him to my wardrobe.

Sean grabs my hand stopping me in my tracks.

"Sorry, I step over the line with comment" Sean says before letting go off my hand.

"It's alright, I was just thinking how it's only going to stay in your memories now anyway" I say before continuing to the wardrobe.

"I know, but I can still keep hope your forgive me one day" Sean says

"I'm sure your give up one day" I say under my breath not thinking Sean can hear as I open the wardrobe.

"I won't, your see my lovely that I will never give up hope" Sean says sounding confident.

"Huh, you heard that?" I say surpised

"Yes" Sean says looking at me with a serious face.

"And how can you seem so certain? I don't get it less than a year ago you were so certain that you were dropping ya pants for some side hoe, but suddenly your so certain, I'm the only one for you forever, and it's not me after a arguement either, I just don't get the logic of it when originally you were ment to be so certain considering we were months away from getting married" I ask Sean.

I don't even know where I got my confidence from to ask. I partly wanted to know and I partly didn't want to know. But it was nagging at me when Sean keeps acting this way so certain he will prove it to me that he loves me and wants me.

"It's because of that! The fact that you left me woke me up to how dumb I was, it's been hell knowing we could of been happily married by now. I could of had you to wake up to every morning, cuddled up to sleep with you every night. I missed you so much and I still miss you although your stood in front of me, I miss what we use to be. I use to feel whole but for months I felt empty. Since you come back I still don't feel whole knowing we are not the family unit we should be. Knowing your still so angry at me and I understand why and I hate myself still. I don't even give other women a second thought, look or anything anymore because I know the Only person who can complete me and my life is you Summer that's how I know" Sean says looking me in the eye the whole time without breaking eye contact or even blinking.

"I believe you regret it Sean but I just don't know if I can personally get over it enough to give you a second chance, I see you trying hard but Im still hurt from what you did" I say with a tear slipping out my eye. I quickly turn around in hope Sean doesn't see me cry. And look for the clothes I want.

But it's obvious Sean see the tears start to fall because he quickly turns me around pulls me into his arms very quickly to hug me.

"Summer I'm sorry, I was just answering your question honestly, please stop crying you were excited for the photoshoot. Come on stop crying let's get back to being excited" Sean says before placing a kiss on my forehead.

"I think it's the hormones still everywhere" I say trying to come up with an excuse wiping my eyes. "I will be alright soon" I quickly add.

"Don't lie, alot of things are the hormones but not this, this is because of me and I reckon its because you still love me and want a family unit also but your torn between your head and heart if I'm right in my thinking" Sean says.

"How did you know that?" I say going to turn around again for the wardrobe.

But Sean doesn't let me go instead he says "look at me." I look up and then Sean says "I know because since the moment you have came back all I've done is pay attention to everything about you and Skylar. My only desire is to know how you and Skylar are, so I can do anything in power to make you both happy. Its not been hard to figure things out the only thing that took me by surprise was when you were speaking with my sister and said you still loved me. I know, I can't change what I did but I hope your forgive me one day if I keep showing you that I'd do anything for you and Skylar " Sean says.

"I can't promise anything except to try be friends right now" I say.

"I can live with that" Sean says then kisses my forehead again.

"Okay so you go enjoy getting ready no more tears while I go get our little girl ready" Sean says.

SEAN'S POV

After our brief honest talk earlier me and Summer work well together rin getting ready for the photoshoot. We arrived on time and soon we got into the swing of the photoshoot.

Skylar had a few photos done laid on a big cushion, one in a basket.

Summer and Skylar had a few together some with Skylar on the cushion with Summer laid on the floor next to her looking down at Skylar, some sat in a rocking chair, some of them stood up with Skylar being cuddled in a few different positions and a few of Summer kissing Skylar on the forehead.

Now it's my turn to have the photos with Skylar but I don't just want them of me and Skylar I want summer in them as well.

We start off with Skylar on the cushion, I lay down on the floor propping my self up on my elbows resting my face in my hands looking down at Skylar. Snap "that's looks amazing" the photographer says.

"Thanks but I want one more with Summer with us" I say.

"What?" Summer says surpised.

"Yeah come on we agreed we are friends plus be good to show Skylar that later from the photos" I say smiling.

"Okay where do you want me?" Summer ask.

"I know we can lay either side and each hold a hand of Skylar" I say.

"Actually I like that idea" Summer says smiling while coming over to join us.

"Okay ready? the photographer says

"yes" we both say at the same time I look up at Summer smiling.

I then went on to have a photo of me and Skylar in the chair also.

Then I had a few holding Skylar. "Summer come join us again I want a few more like this with us all" I say.

"Where do you want me?" Summer says.

"How about you hold Skylar and I stand next to you holding Skylars hand?" I ask.

"Okay then" summer says taking Skylar, again as the photo is taken I look up at Summer and smile.

"Okay enougher one like this" I say and this time I look down smiling at Skylar.

"One more" I say

"Huh what do you want to do now?" Summer asks.

"I want to rest my head on your shoulder looking down at Skylar" I say.

"Okay fine" Summer says looking amused at my antics.

When in position I rest my head gently on Summers shoulder and look down at Skylar as I bring a arm around Summers body to hold Skylars hand as well.

"Oh that's so cute" the photographer says as Summer looks at me seeing what I'm doing, the photographer just kept snapping away

"Okay I have 1 of you both looking at Skylar and one where your both looking at each other as well there so adorable" the photographer says.

"Thanks summer for this idea and allowing me to join you both, I've loved every second of it" I say as we start to pack our things up.

"It's okay but Skylar is going to wake up soon for a feed, I'm worried we won't make it home in time" Summer says.

"Well my office is 5 minutes away, I'm sure my dad would love to see Skylar if you want to pop in there." I suggest.

"Are you sure we won't get in your dad's way?" Summer says

"Of course we won't, plus I'm the boss remember." I say.

"Okay then sounds like a plan let me go pay for the photos" Summer says.

"No I will buy these as a thankyou for giving us Skylar, you get Skylar ready in the car seat." I say.

"Are you sure?" Summer says

"Of course I'm sure." I say.

"Okay thankyou" Summer says smiling at me.

15 minutes later we are pulling into the car park and it's started raining.

"Summer Where's your coat?" I ask.

"In the boot" Summer says.

"Okay, I will get it out with the buggy wait in the car." I say getting out the car.

I quickly get summer her coat before going back to set the buggy up. I quickly get Skylar into the buggy and cover it with the rain cover. Summer then gets out the car.

"So you want to push Skylar?" I ask.

"Yes Summer" says smiling

"Okay then." I say.

We walk into the building, I hold the door open for Summer while she pushed the buggy in.

"Oh my congratulations" Ben shouts to us.

"Thanks Ben" I say

"Would you like to see Skylar?" summer asks

"Would I? of course I would Summer!" Ben says running over to us.

Summer just laughs at Ben while I smile happily.

"Oh wow you two make cute baby's." Ben says

I can't help smiling even more at that comment.

"You think so?" Summer says smiling

"Of course in fact I know so" Ben says.

And right on cue Skylar starts crying.

"Sean can you please get Skylar out and carry her? I'm worried I will slip on the marbled floor it's slippery on the besr of days let alone when it's getting wet from people walking in with water dripping everywhere" summer says.

"Okay" I say as I know instantly summer is worried about falling over with Skylar so I quickly pick Skylar up.

"Sorry Ben Skylar needs a feed we will come see you as we leave" I say walking towards the lift.

"See you soon" Summer says.

As we get out the lift Josh sees us.

"Sir is everything okay?" he asks.

"Of course don't worry, I just popped by so we can feed Skylar" I say walking to my office.

"Hi dad" I say walking into my office.

"Sean Where's Summ, oh never mind! Hi Summer how are you?" My dad asks.

Where's my hi I think to myself but can't help mentally laugh.

"I'm good thanks Tom, would you like to feed Skylar?" Summer asks

My dad smiles holding out his arms. "Okay hand over my grand daughter Sean you can finish sorting theses file while I take on grandad duty" my dad says.

"Okay, Summer can you go ask Josh to make us drinks since we can enjoy them while we have my dad on grandad duty" I say laughing.

"Okay, but actually before I forget Tom tell Karen, Lisa and Ryan I want you all over for dinner tomorrow night at 6pm" Summer says.

"Okay how come?" My dad asks.

"It's the 1st December tomorrow and I'm sure everyone will want to see Skylar on her first Christmas so I want run over ideas for the day plus be good to see everyone" Summer says smiling.

"Okay we will all be there" my dad says.

I wonder what ideas Summer has. I'm also curious now as it's the first I've heard of it. I know we haven't discussed what's happening Christmas day regarding me and my family seeing Skylar yet but it makes me happy to hear Summer has thought about it and would like to discuss it. I can't help smiling at Summer as I look up at her.
