Devon wasn’t quite sure how he felt about the way that his life was currently going. The fact that he had pushed up his proposal was already enough to make him want to knock his head against a wall from how on the fly it had ended up coming out as. At least Jade had refused his offer to try and propose again to her. He knew that it had been a long shot when he had offered it to begin with since he had never heard of someone retracting their proposal or getting a do-over for it. Whether he liked it or not, that would be the proposal she would always remembered.
