I spent the entire day with Stephen.We had a few meetings and lesons.I was exhausted when I got home.Even though I was exhausted I took a shower and got ready to go to the club.My friends had texted me saying they were all there.

It's been a while since I went out and enjoyed myself and It was quiet here without Brooke.

It's been three days since I've seen that kid Skylar.Not that I want to see him but he was annoying and it felt nice for someone to annoy be.Its lonely here

I heard the doorbell ring and I walk lazily to it.Opening up to see who it is.

"Hi Lucian".Skylar cheered with a bright smile on his.His smile was breath taking for a teenager.

Wait what?

What the hell is he doing here?

"Hi what are you doing here?".

"Its my birthday".He giggle

"Happy birthday Skylar".

I held my arms out and he squeal and jump in.

"What did you get me?".He ask mumbling in my chest 

"Get you?oh it's up stairs I'll go get it".

He skip over to the kitchen and I went into my bedroom.

There was this huge teddy bear on my bed.I took it up and brought it downstairs.Skylar was spinning around on the kitchen stool.

"Happy birthday".

He squeal and took the teddy bear.The thing made him look like a kid,it was huge.His arms couldn't even wrap around it.

For some reason it was cute and I smiled at him.

"Come on we're going to miss the party".

"What?".

"My birthday party,my entire family flew down".He got up from the stool and held my hand and dragged me along.

"I don't want to meet your parents you should get back to them".

"Why not?".He stopped looking up at me.

"A kid your age shouldn't have a friend my age,they'll think I'm a pervert".

"What's that?".

Of course he didn't know 

"They'll think I'm trying to rape you".

"But you're not".

"Yea but they don't know that".

"Please?I'll tell them you're just a friend......you're my only friend".

His big brown eyes started to water and I couldn't help it

"Okay I'll come,just don't cry".

In a flash his tears were gone and a big smile appeared on his face.

"Let's go".

I grab my jacket from the couch and slip it on.I walked,he skipped to his house hugging the bear.

"It smells like you....I like it".

"That's nice".

We got to his house and I wanted nothing but to turn and go home.Watch the game.

Skylar held my hand before I could do anything,he opened the door and all noise stopped.We walked and all eyes were on us.There were about twenty to twenty five people here.

"When since the bathroom is outside?".

"And when did they store hot guys in bathrooms?".

Two teenage girls giggle from the corner of the room,one winking at me.

"Honey who's your friend?".A lady ask must be his mother 

"This is Lucian,he's my new best friend ".

"Hi,my Melissa skylar's mother".

"Lucian,nice to meet you".

"You too Lucian,welcome".

"Thank you".

Skylar introduced me to every single one of his family member even the beast of a dog which I find out his name is mike.One thing I notice was that he didn't introduce anyone as his father nor anyone from a father side of family.I didn't ask about it though.

Skylar forced cake on me after I told him no he pout and I gave in.Mike tried to attack me again along with the teen girls.

"Skylar it's time for bed".

"Mom I'm seventeen and it's my birthday".Skylar glared at her 

"You're still a kid and it's midnight".

I'm starting to see why Skylar is so pure an innocent.His family is so full of love and pureness.Not one dirty word or statement was said and Skylar was growing up the same not knowing certain things until he's old enough and that's no time soon.He will if they put him in high school though

"Can you come with me?".He ask holding onto my bicep 

"I'm not sure-".

"It's okay you can put him to bed".His mother said.

I gave a slight nod and followed Skylar.

Usually teenage boy rooms are filled with band posters and sports things,skylar's one was filled with teen titans and Spider-Man posters and spelling b awards.

"What's your favorite band?".I ask looking around.

"I don't have one".he said going into the bathroom maybe to brush his teeth.

"Ever look some up?".

He came back later and climbed into bed after taking off his shoes.

"They don't allow me around the Internet a lot".He mumbled sleepily.

I pulled the covers up to his chin and pat his head.

"Thanks for coming Lucian,good night".He mumbled and close his eyes.

"Night Skylar".
