Mariko's POV
I wanted to check up on Maddie but each time I found myself being busy with my own work and Maddie's work. I have a busy weekend ahead for me with moving. I had phone calls due to work and I called Margaret to check up on Bella. She was mostly playing and keeping herself entertained. She is my whole world and I will do anything for my kids because I love them.
As I wanted to stand up and get ready to check up on Maddie with my completed batch for her, Bradley decided to walk in. "Dad, I'm glad that you are here," he said, and I leaned back in my chair.
"What can I help you with?" I asked.
"I just wanted to come by and I wanted to grab some dinner with you. I mean, you and mom are no longer together, so I figured that we could just chill. I was initially here to see how
