I shoved the Queen out of the way as Argent thundered at her. She had just stood there in stunned silence. Argent spun in a tight circle rearing up and trying to strike me down with his hooves. I screamed as one of the limbs hit my shoulder. Muscles and bone were both crushed against Argent’s attack. “Enough!” the Queen’s horn turned pure gold and a thin golden barrier shut around the wild Argent. “Imp, you have played your last trick. You will die here this day on these grounds and I will wipe out your entire pest of a race.” “Argent, you’re not going to let her stop us, are you?
